It's Christmas Time at A Splash of Ink!

I love Christmas. Let me just put that out there.

Thus, my blog usually has some festive things going on around this time of year. To kick it all off, I'm putting up the Christmas version of my header! Of course you can see at the top of this webpage, but I always like to post it in the body, so I can look back at it later, (and draw more attention to it, haha).

And just for nostalgic reasons, here's my Christmas header from last year. Personally, I'm liking this year's header a bit better, but last year's still holds a special place in my heart (as do all my artsy projects.)

And for more Christmas goodness, I thought I'd compile some of my Christmas posts from the last few years. Enjoy!

And of course, you can check out everything even remotely Christmas-y by clicking here.

But it wouldn't be Christmas without gifts! (inspired of course by the gift of Jesus, our Savior...it's better to give than to receive..it's the season of giving...blah blah blah. I KNOW! But gifts are awesome too!) So my gift to you in celebration of 100 GFC is a giveaway that you can read all about here and enter below:

Do you do anything Christmas-y or seasonal on your blog? Feel free to leave links! What do you think of the Christmas header this year? DO YOU LOVE CHRISTMAS AS MUCH AS ME? Let me know all of your thoughts in the comments!

  1. Ooooohhh!! I like your festive header!! So cute!! Christmas is one of my favorite times of the year...
I'm trying to decide if I should try to decorate for Christmas on my blog. I'm sure I'll do Christmassy Posts at some point, but decorating might actually be fun! :)

  2. Love that header! How do you make these?
I absolutely LOVE Christmas, the gifts, the songs, the colorful color... I plan on posting a Christmas post (not yet, though), but I'm not sure if I will decorate. IDK, maybe just one picture.

PS You're reading Scarlet? Please tell us what you think!

    1. YOU SHOULD DECORATE!! I'm thinking of writing a post on how to decorate a blog for Christmas, but we'll see:)

And yes, I think I'll write a joint review of Cinder and Scarlet when I finished Scarlet. I can already tell that you like it, because of your profile picture, haha.

Your header - I approve! *nods head vigorously*
Last year's one is also very pretty.

...that took a while to find the decorating with books post ( the link leads to christmas labels) but I don't think i'd be able to cut up books. It would kill me. But they look spectacular! ^_^
